This role combines hospitality, dock operations and active sales. You do not need years of boating experience; a strong personality, confidence and a natural ability to connect with people matter more.
02 WHAT YOU WILL DO
- 01Welcome guests, check them in and help them board safely.
- 02Explain tour options and provide clear practical information.
- 03Approach passing tourists and confidently sell boat-tour tickets.
- 04Keep the dock organised and coordinate with skippers and the dock team.
03 WHAT MATTERS
- ◇Friendly, energetic and easy to approach
- ◇Confident starting conversations with strangers
- ◇Commercial instinct and the ability to close a sale
- ◇Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
- ◇Strong English; Dutch is preferred
- ◇Legally able to work as a self-employed professional in the Netherlands

The base arrangement is negotiable, with commission and potential daily earnings up to €320 depending on performance and agreed terms.
